The Crepe Myrtle Festival is Walton County's premier outdoor festival. In fact, it was named "Best Community Event" by the Walton Tribune and the Loganville Tribune.
The 2008 Crepe Myrtle Festival will be held on Saturday, June 14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Hammond Park in Monroe.
Admission is $2 for adults, $1 for children and seniors, and free for children under five and with military ID. Parking is free and plentiful.
Proceeds from the Festival go toward scholarships to Walton County high school seniors and to improving Hammond Park, where the Festival is held.
This year will mark our 15th year of the Crepe Myrtle Festival! We are excited to put on another great event this year with lots to offer for the whole family. Please join us.
We hope to see you there!
